Pamper Yourself- Who Else Will?

The most important person in one’s life is oneself. Yet we most often than not don’t take time out for ourselves, to pamper ourselves, to rejuvenate, to enjoy our own company, to do things we love doing…the list is endless.




# List out the activities you love to indulge in and sneak them into your calender atleast three days a week.

# If you are always on the run, fix an appointment with our beautician atleast once a month and stay at the top of your beauty game.( I have a fixed appointment every third week of the month. No stressing when to find time and stuff like that.

# Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep on atleast 4 days a week.

# Make yourself a treat atleast once a week.

# Read a book or watch a movie every week. Promise yourself one per week at the minimum.

# Run yourself a bath with scented oils and other stuff that makes you feel luxe.

# Give yourself a DIY Mani/Pedi (Its therapy for me).

# Sneak in half an hour’s worth of physical activity if not more in your schedule for atleast 5  times a week. Come on, you know it makes you feel good about yourself and keeps you healthy. Besides, “I feel really guilty about working out so much”, said no one ever!

# Clean out your closet. It feels great to see an organized closet.

# Give yourself a hot oil head massage.

Just do something, entirely for yourself!
